  • The articles and regulations of ERIKS group nv are also available in the Dutch language. In case of textual contradictions between the English and the Dutch version, the latter shall prevail.

THESE RULES ("rules") were adopted by the managing board (the "managing board") of ERIKS group nv (the "company") on 24 February 2005 and approved by the supervisory board (the “supervisory board”) on 24 February 2005.
